Arab Cosmetic Surgery Leads Case Study
Background
Dr. Telang is a plastic surgeon based in India and Dubai. He approached us for help in attracting more Arab patients to his clinic in Dubai. While he saw significant potential in this market, his marketing campaigns were not delivering the desired results.
Strategy
IstiZada implemented a targeted digital advertising strategy using Google Ads Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads to reach Arab patients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We segmented the campaigns by procedure type and scaled them based on lead location and top-performing keywords. All ads were carefully crafted in Arabic with relevant visuals to avoid disapproval due to medical content guidelines. Additionally, we created Arabic landing pages designed to resonate with the target audience, including all the key information they typically look for, ultimately improving the conversion rate.
Results
Thanks to well-designed ads and precise keyword targeting, we began seeing strong results within the first month. Over our initial 4-month campaign, 52 patients underwent surgeries, generating up to a 28.46X return on ad spend (ROAS).
